Gone But Not Forgotten

REUTERS/John Gress Posted by Hello

Portraits of U.S. soldiers who have died in Iraq are displayed in the windows of the Chicago Printmakers Collective, in Chicago, Illinois August 9, 2004. Although over 920 U.S. servicemen have died in Iraq since March 2003, the windows of the building only have room for 648 photographs.

We, the People failed the brave men and women in those photos, those whose pics can't fit, and those living soldiers still battling it out in Iraq. Shame on us. And shame on Senator Kerry for saying that knowing what he knows now about no WMDs, no Iraq/Al Queda collaberation in 9/11, he'd still support the Iraq invasion. WTF?

Nice going, John. You've given the freeps one doozy of a flip-flop fodder, and you deserve come what may.
